Exceptionally knowledgeable, asks great questions, truly listens to answers and answers questions with empathy but directly. Has very good patient interaction skills and very self-aware, describing what he is doing as he does his exam.

Richard C Hui....stay away from this name, zero respect for patients and zero ethics. Arrived on time as a new patient, nurse did an ekg and soon told me, he, Hui, had not arrived yet...”oh, he is always late, specially in the morning”....time went by and after 50 long minutes, we decided to walk away. I had my wife with me. When we announced that we were leaving, nurse tells us to wait that she would check if he had arrived....we heard her saying, he is in....and she goes to say loud and clear....”your patient is leaving, they have been waiting for almost an hour”..... nothing....no Hui, no decency! SHAME ON YOU HUI.

Absolutely the most poorly run office, EVER. Staff does not return calls. Takes excessively long time to get test results. Dr is completely uninformed about coronary disease in women. Dr and nursing staff have NO knowledge of current research and testing of small vessel coronary disease in women. Allowed my symptoms to go on for months without any treatment or even definitive diagnosis. They were not aware of even where to send me for appropriate care and diagnosis. Scary practice!
