Dr. Richard Jackson, DPM

My siblings and I were looking for a podiatrist for my 90 year-old Dad who can no longer trim his own toenails. Dr. Richard Jackson was recommended because he accepts my Dad's Medicare Advantage plan. We looked for reviews but could only find one which was positive so we decided to make an appointment. Unfortunately, due to COVID concerns, I was not allowed to accompany him into the office. I don't know if the outcome would have been any different if I was in the room, but to say that the end result was unsatisfactory would be an understatement! His toenails were barely cut. The nails were crooked and uneven. My sister, who is a nurse, had to cut them herself after the appointment! Really? If this is the kind of work this doctor does when cutting toenails, I can't help but wonder what kind of work he does when conducting surgery or some other more complicated procedure. Needless to say, we were very unsatisfied with the service provided & will be looking for a new podiatrist!
