Dynamic Doctor and Sensational Staff
Dr. Richard K. has been my doctor for over 30 years. He always takes time to explain any questions or concerns I have concerning my health. I never feel rushed when speaking with him. The staff is outstanding because they are friendly and quite helpful if I need an immediate appointment.

The staff is rude!!!!
The staff there at Dr. Keller's office are rude!!! The Office Manager specifically. I finally told that bit"h off after putting up with her nasty rude butt for years! The Receptionist needs help too. These ladies have the personality of a snail and the professionalism of of grizzly bear. They have no business working in a Drs. office working with the public who are often times not feeling well. Dr. Keller needs to get better help!!!

Not good, he is a spoiled rich kid, who does not listen to patients needs. If your fat and can't lose weight, he will ignore you all together, won't list to your needs, and say you are so obese I can't do anything else for you.... do not go to, does not have the personality or heart to,be a good doctor

Dr Keller has a steady no nonsense approach to medicine. He takes the time to be sure that you understand. There is nothing about Dr Keller or his staff that I could find any fault with. All of them are very professional! Even when I go in feeling lousy, I leave with a smile!

Dr. Keller himself, was very professional but his secretary, or “office manager” as she called herself, is RUDE and has no business dealing with the public. She overcharged me for my visit and when I questioned her about it she bluntly called me a liar.... because she overcharged me and told me one price but charged me $20 more than the price she stated. Then because I was upset, not bc of the $20 difference, but because she called me liar, she had the audacity to ask me if I’d like my medical records and who to send them to. When I said I’d take them with me, she refused to get them for me and give me an amount/fee to get my OWN medical records.... which I was going to pay for! Then told me she was going to call the police on me... WHY?!? Because she stole money from me, she got caught, and I wanted my medical records? I strongly suggest if you choose to see Dr. Keller, which he is a great doctor, you closely watch your bills, get invoices for everything and keep your receipts!!

There is ZERO likelihood that I would recommend him. He is rude, dismissive, and lacks empathy. He refused to treat my 94 year old mom, who broke a hip in March and her other hip April for pain or heart failure because we couldn't get her to his office. She lives in an Assisted Living with RN care. RN reported her symptoms, asked for blood work and for Lasix and pain med. He just said, rudely, she's beyond your care. She has Alzheimer's and needs nursing home. Cruel!

What a rude secretary! Whoever was working the phone May 16, 2016 at 9:00am was unprofessional and could use a lesson in phone friendliness and etiquette. Why would you ask my name, THEN tell me you're not accepting new patients after I specifically told you I wanted to schedule an appointment for a NEW PATIENT? I am very disappointed, I have heard great things about Dr. Keller himself but apparently his staff doesn't mind treating future clients like crap!
