Two different milagrams of the med he wanted me to start was sent to the pharmacy and they did not know which to fill. I called the office they said they would fix it but they didnt. So i still haven't started the meds.

Dr. Richard Kim is very personable and is really cares about his patients. We reviewed my medications and made some changes based upon the symptoms I had been experiencing. I am very pleased with the treatment he has provided.

He does understand migraines, I’ll give him that. But, if you don’t have a migraine, he will try to convince you that you have migraines in a very manipulative way. There are lots of other types of headaches and as a “headache specialist,” I was hopeful he would understand my personal condition and not treat me in the BOX he places all his other patients (migraines). My headaches were clear/textbook tension and he became condescending when I was attempting to explain my symptoms to me. Honestly, I felt defeated when our televisit appt was over. I literally have zero similarities of a migraine (besides the fact that I have head pain) and he tried to convince me that’s what I had. Since I have treated myself for tension headaches (stretching, PT, ice), my headaches are now gone.

Dr Kim is a great listener and genuinely cares about his patients. He is a great asset to Miami Valley.

The wait time for not only an appointment but how long I am on hold every time I called was over an hour. The people are great and both doctors I talked to are wonderful. It was hard to answer questions that happened over 40 years.

This was my first experience with telemedicine

Dr Kim and his nurse practitioner have both been very helpful, from diagnosis to follow up. I am thankful to have a group that treats migraines.

Dr.Kim needs to get his office in shape, when I try to call his office I have to wait at least 20 mins. or more before someone answers the phone. Very frustrating! They claim they have called or sent me a text that I have never received. :(

Great care

I saw another neurologist previously and I was not comfortable with the level of care. Dr. Kim was recommended and he met my expectations with my first appointment which was virtual. He listened, asked thoughtful questions and gave me information I could understand. He explained why the current medication was working as was the physical therapy provided by previous doctor. I look forward to meeting in person.

It was a long wait for the first visit! I really liked Dr Kim, he was thorough, compassionate and caring. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I look forward to an ongoing patient relationship.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Kim. He goes above and beyond with his care for his patients. Awesome Dr!!
