Telehealth
If I can give this facility a NEGATIVE 5!, I would due to the fact that this facility and due to their office manager, biller Ashley is very rude, heartless, and very unprofessional has caused our family a lot of stress, anxiety, and heartache. The office staff is always rude. These people should not be in this kind of profession, they did not care because they billed wrong(not just once but multiple times) and told me if I didn’t pay the bill, which they wrongfully charged, that my child would not be seen or given his meds. She refused to call or help me with my insurance and told me it was my responsibility. If I didn’t call my self or figure it out on my own I would had to pay. I have proved them wrong on a few wrongful bills. Which I never got an apology. I only can communicate by email because they refused to call or answer the phone. I addressed this with my child’s doctor Kotomori Jr Richard MD, but felt very much ignored and took his office staff side when I was as cry

Great Doc, HORRIBLE staff
Doctor is great. However the staff, especially Ashley the 'supervisor' is super rude. She bills incorrectly, then won't re-submit and tries to get you to pay out of your pocket(when my insurance covers it), denying next appointment and child his medication.

Dr. Kotomori is amazing. He is so kind, friendly, and really is all about helping the child. He is great with my 2 sons.

Dr. Kotomiri is the best! My only regret is I now have been forced to move to Kaiser (under my husbands plan) due to insurance cost and it has been a difficult change. He is compassionate and truly understands the human mind and its ups and downs. Ashley is his right arm and office manager and she is the most genuine and caring person I have ever met to this day in a doctors office. She is truly and angel and cares about you as an individual. I will miss this office and its Staff of caretakers.

Dr. Kotomori isn't amazing with my son! He is patient, kind, understanding and knows the right questions to ask. He spends ample time with my son to gage his level of improvement. I would recommend Dr. Kotomori to any parent that is concerned about their child's behavior and wants a doctor they can trust.
