Fantastic doctor and awesome person
I had a medical incident that required an experienced and skilled professional. My neurologist at the time was not willing to address this issue even though it falls right in line with his branch of medicine.Dr. Kovar listened intently to what I had to say. He asked questions and was able to suggest a couple different ways to move forward. He assured me that he would work with me to find the answers I needed and that he did!!!! Because of him and a couple of his colleagues I am on a treatment plan and the future is looking very good. You may have to wait a bit for your appointment but he is certainly worth it.

Incredible doctor. Several doctors did not know what was wrong with me. But Dr. Kovar did: severe occipital neuralgia due to cervical arthritis. He spent an hour with me for the initial evaluation. He had a comprehensive plan: phsio, meds and injections. I had immediate short term relief. I had long term relief with injections. Did not need another one for three years. He is a great doctor. He even sent a two page letter to my doctor outlining my condition. Adrian is a great physiotherapist.

Wait time was the pits but worth it. Dr. Kovar spent as much time as necessary with you to make sure you understood what his diagnosis was and treatment. After suffering from 20 to 25 Migraines a month, having inflamed nerves in my neck and severely tight muscles in neck, I went through a series of shots and PT for months. As of todayI am a very happy camper, thanks to him I am out of bed have my blinds open and out of the last 37 days I have had 5 migraines! I would Highly recommend him.

I had a 10:15am appt and WAITED for 1 hour 45 minutes to see the Dr. To bad I can't bill him for the other appointment I had to cancel, while I was waiting for him. I am not sure if it is the staff over booking, but very poor business.

How lucky for us that our health care provider recommended Dr Kovar. He is professional, engaging, compassionate and kind. He has helped me every time I have gone to see him. He was the only Physcian who could help me with my Occipital Neuralgia. When I was in a crisis with my Occipital Neuralgia and called his office that fit me in right away. I don't mind waiting to see Dr Kovar I know that he has emergencies , as far as I am concerned Dr Kovar walks on water!

Dr. Kovar is a migraine specialist, and will not stop until he finds something that works. As a D.O. he is knowledgeable of how the body works, and seeks some natural resolutions. (Not just a pill pusher) He is kind and compassionate and never rushes through an exam.
