Awful
Would take over a week of phone calls, messages, trips to pharmacy and refill was never called in. Told me I have to make appt for further refills - so I made one. When I got to office they told me we called you to reschedule. I showed them my phone that I never got call.Then they said I need to find new doc and Kubiak not taking any new patients. I said I’m not new so they said well he’s retiring. So which one is it? Sounded like doc didn’t want to see me anymore which is so unprofessional. Then I asked why he can’t see me and they start saying out loud in front of office “you were a no show” on these dates. What??? I don’t know what you’re talking about I don’t blow off appointments I am not that kind of person. If I have to reschedule I call- but I never no show.Sounds like their records are all messed up. Just a really bad experience and that’s the last thing you want in health care. Now I want doc to call me directly and office is saying can a nurse just call?

Terrible, horrible
Will treat you very badly, will ignore you, waited 30 min for a scheduled appointment, nobody came to say anything about the delay. Stay away from him and the Northwell Clinic in Riverhead.

Great Doctor- always attentive and thorough. Makes me feel comfortable. you can tell him anything. His nurse Jessica is a joy also! I am in the best health of my life because of Dr. Kubiac and I am going on 51.

I go to the Ridge office. The most I’ve ever waited was 15 minutes. The office personnel are friendly. Dr. Kubiak put me at ease since the day I met him. He listens and gets to know you. He is thorough, covering all systems and problems.
