Dr. Larew has been our primary care physician since my husband and I moved here 35 years ago. He is knowledgeable, caring consistently accurate with his suggestions! I really appreciate his explanations of the reasons for his decisions.

Dr. Larew has checked on my father on more than one hospital stay as well as in his eldercare facilities. He is easy to reach, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. If an issue comes up, he can usually schedule an appointment within 24-48 hours.The staff members at his practice are great, too.

Dr Larew went over my travel plans with me and took the time to explain what I needed and what to expect with traveling. Appreciate the time he took with me and the ability to schedule a timely appointment.

My experience in the “normal” healthcare system has been getting worse and worse over the past few years - just as I get older and need to rely on it more. Dr. Larew’s concierge medicine is exactly what I was looking for. It’s like “old time” medicine where the doctor actually takes the time to listen to you and explain what might be going on with your body. Coupled with the ease of getting a timely appointment and the incredibly quick turnaround time on blood tests, Dr. Larew’s warm and knowledgable problem-solving approach to patient care is “exactly what the doctor ordered”! I’m definitely glad I made the change to Dr. Larew’s practice.

I had severe back pain causing discomfort walking, sleeping or sitting. I was bed-ridden for 3 days and had difficulty urinating. LIM nurse performed urine analysis and Dr Larew analyzed my back. I thought it was arthritis, but Dr Larew determined it was muscle spasm associated with several recent heavy snow shoveling events. Urinary analysis proved there was no infection. Treatment for all symptoms was heat and Ibuprofen/Tylenol, both of which were consistent/better when added to my daily aspirin for cardiovascular disease. Dr Larew educated me on the current scientific thinking on these matters. Following his advice, within a day or two I was my old self. Dr Larew listens, analyzes, educates and prescribes good solutions quickly and courteously. I enjoy all phases of the doctor/patient interaction and give him an excellent positive review.
