I was very pleased w the staff and my visit with the Dr. However, my Dr. wanted to have test performed before we would or could move further in my care. When I called to pulmonary Lab, I was not able to schedule an appointment until the end of July 2024. It seems to me that the wait time for an appointment at a pulmonary lab should not take that long. This was the only disappointment I experienced on this visit

Dr Lee ordered several blood test orders, when I showed him the tests results and asked him what the tests results meant. He said he doesn't know what they meant and referred me to see another specialist. I asked him if you don't know understand the tests are for, why ask the patient to do it. Now I have to wait 2-3 months for an appointment to see the specialist to explain to me the results of my tests. Waste my time.

What I really appreciated was the flexibility and problem-solving approach, feeling that he was assisting me in understanding what would be the next follow-up steps to address the pain and potential complications for my lung. So, I'm really grateful for the consultation and general advice, as well as the offer to follow up in a year if conditions did not improve.

Dr Richard Lee and staff were extremely helpful and professional. Dr Lee and the fellow resident explained and answered all of my questions; they even consulted with the radiologist to confirm the scan that I had done at an outside facility. I was relieved at their entire explanation and was thoroughly comfortable during my consult. Thank you.
