Very Helpful and Knowledgeable
Dr. Richard Lewis is knowledgeable and thorough. He listened patiently to my symptoms and questions, took time to go online to review previous tests I had, and explained to me what he saw. He gave me the options I had for my treatment and thoroughly explained each one. He diagnosed my illness and explained my options more clearly than previous doctors I had seen. I appreciated the time he took (I did not feel rushed), his patience, and his kindness and I would highly recommend him to others.

I was treated so poorly. I was treated very, very disrespectfully and given completely false information. I was made to believe that the was I was being treated was all in my head until I spoke with others and learned they had the same unsettling experiences. On top of it it was a waste of time- when he couldn’t find out what was wrong from initial tests, he told me I just don’t make sense and I can waste money on more MRIs but they aren’t going to find the problem anyway. Billings clinic told me I cannot switch providers and need to fond a new facility.
