Dr. Richard Lin, MD

Dr Lin is a breath of fresh air in a world full of doctors rushing you. Dr Lin clearly looked over our previous records, talked us through the options, and created a treatment plan that was mutually agreed upon. He listened carefully and so kind. I would recommend Dr Lin to anyone!

My visit to your office was great. So was the colonoscopy. Doctor Lin rocks and so does your organization. Actually, during my visit with Dr. Lin I noted that I've not had a GP since Doctor Dewy Chaney ended his practice. Doctor Lin recommended a GP. I thought his name was Doctor Linwood, but I think I got it wrong. Would you ask Doctor Lin if he remembers his recommendation and email the name to me? Thanks

I have been seeing Dr. Lin for over a decade. He has always been very professional and trust him completely. He has also been very accommodating to my schedule and I have never felt rushed or confused after my visits.

Where do I begin? Dr. Lin is only interested in billing the insurance company and not providing quality, caring medical treatments. I had to give him 1 star in order to even write this review. My father was in the hospital for a week. He saw him all week, when he was released he would not speak with him until 3 days later even though he was having severe issues. (Did I mention he's an 86 year old who's had a heart transplant?) I left messages at his office which went unanswered. When I finally called back his receptionist was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to even listen to me before she transferred my call back to the voicemail that I previously left messages on. When I called back she became irate and was yelling at me then slammed the phone down! Yes she hung up on me. I called back and another woman answered the phone and before I could say 3 words she transferred me back to the voicemail. I called again and they just pick up and hang up! I'm done!

Rude and incompetent office staff. Kept transferring me to someone that never calls back then hung up the phone on me (3 times) when I insisted on escalating an appt for my ailing elderly father who had been a patient there for years. Never again.
