Not accommodating to women's health needs
I had a medical issue and I asked him if he ran specific tests like vitamin d, thyroid, etc. he said he did. The next day I went to a female physician. She discovered that he did not. Which these tests were important to my condition. He also had never scheduled me for a mammogram and I was over 40. Come to find out I have a severe vitamin d deficiency and other health concerns revolving around that. During my years as his patient I was never taken seriously, gaslit, lied to and dismissed. Since changing to a female nurse practitioner I feel seen and am getting better care for my special needs as a woman.

my Doctor for several years very dissatisfied
Been a patient for many years of Dr. Lords I've been very pleased with him and his office staff up till around September of 2023 ever since then it's been an absolute disaster trying to get meds filled when they are needed and I've gone without for weeks at times because he can't answer his emails for refill requests never have I ever had this issue been on the same medications for years so all the sudden it's like a crew of actors over there Linda the lady at the front desk is the only remaining shining light she's been great sadly no idea what's happening I'm so frustrated, stressed I'm now seeking other health care options I'm that disappointed and have lost all my patience with my care and service Dr. Lords was once someone I would've highly recommended now maybe time to seek other Doctors

He is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. The staff is wonderful. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to go to him .

Dr Lords has been my primary dr for years. He's very friendly, takes his time- and does a good job. The women in his office are wonderful.
