Dr. Lou walked us through every step of the procedure and answered all of our questions for over a year of our staged surgeries and the process that went with them. We felt totally secure in his care and his bedside manner is really superior. We felt heard and like his listened to us every step of the way.

Dr. Lou has been my plastic surgeon for the past year and a half. He did my breast reduction last year and a scar revision this year. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and my mother. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, I felt very comfortable coming to him. My first surgery went well, however I experienced some scarring and the results weren’t quite perfect. After my first surgery, Dr. Lou assessed me and decided that a scar revision surgery would be a good option. He took his time and wanted to make sure I was happy. I had my final surgery and he really did such a great job. I strongly recommend Dr. Lou because he really cares about his patients and takes his time to make sure the results are exactly what you want.

My 17 year-old daughter had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Lou. From our very first consultation through post op care, he has been absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and every detail was covered and discussed so that my daughter was comfortable and well prepared. He ensured the surgery was completed to his high expectations and that my daughter would be satisfied and happy with her results. This has been life changing for her, the results are incredible, her pain and discomfort are gone. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Lou. HIGHLY recommended!! Thank you Dr. Lou!!

Dr. Lou did surgery on my daughter in December. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand. Dr. Lou was always available and willing to answer any questions we had, which was very comforting to me as a parent. His office staff was very friendly, professional, and willing to answer questions as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Lou to anyone needing care for their child. Thank you Dr. Lou!

My son had surgery in March with Dr Lou and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Lou took his time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions we had. He even took the extra time to call and get our insurance to approve the surgery. I would defiantly recommend Dr Lou!

Dr Lou took care of my son after a sports injury. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure he explained everything and answered all of our questions. My experience with Dr. Lou was outstanding. Everything was explained throughly multiple times so I knew exactly what was going on. My family and friends were informed with how I was doing in my surgery multiple times. All my question were answered before surgery and all have been answered since. He has helped every step with the healing process and the line is always open to call for questions.

Dr. Lou performed an excision of a lesion on our daughters scalp. Dr. Lou is pleasant, polite, and takes his time to thoroughly address any questions or concerns that you may have. We highly recommend Dr. Lou and would gladly return for any future care of our children.
