I met Dr Luciani 35 years ago and he delivered all 3 of my daughters! I was one of his most stubborn patients but I was well cared for always. He made sure I made it home to raise them and he would be so proud. They are now from oldest to youngest a Tribeca Film Festival Professional Make Up Artist, a Published Writer and a US Navy Sailor. You will be in the best possible care with Dr Luciani I will attest to that any day!

I have been a patient with Millburn OB GYN since 1998. Both Dr. Luciani & Dr. Cooperman diagnosed my endometrioses and prevented cervical cancer. As far as I am concerned they saved my life. I saw other physicians prior to meeting with Millburn OB Gyn & all they wanted to do was put me on birth control pills without diagnosing the issue. I scheduled a 5/10 minute visit to meet Dr. Luciani , Associates in Female Health, 233 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ 07041 to determine if he would be the right fit for me as I was looking for a new OB-GYN. I was not advised that there would be a cost. On arrival however, I was first told that he was not available even though I had an appointment. The associate then went and had a discussion, I assumed with him, and returned to tell me that I would need to pay $120 in order to see him as his time was important. I was made to feel that my time did not have any value and I was not wanted as a patient as I was black.

I have been a patient of Dr. Luciani for over 35 years. He is easy to talk to, explains everything in words I understand, and he is the best. There was a time I would not see anyone else in his office, if he had an emergency I would come back. I have grownup since then. Now, my 31 yr. old daughter will be seeing him or someone in his office, they delivered her and her brother. They are that good.

He was patient and professional but then became arrogant, rude, short and rushed. Would not recommend him.
