My experience with him was fantastic but I will say that his office staff really really sucks!!! Never ever return a phone call. Miss manage paperwork and leave you in pain by NOT reaching out to the Dr. For his patients. This office staff is pathetic

Wait times are unacceptable. I waited over 2 hours! Visits are rushed. Office staff is rude. Did not see me after surgery to let me know how the surgery went.

I thought the doctor explained things well and answered my questions honestly. I like his bedside manner, he is a caring person. Wait time in the office is long , I see him in the Fishkill office where he is there once a month so they try to accommodate everyone.

Worst doctor ever! Makes every patient wait three to fours hours until they are seen. Being post- op patient I was in so much pain by the time I saw him. I asked to refill my pain meds and he said he would l, but he didn’t. I called the next day THREE TIMES AND HE STILL DIDNT SEND THEM IN. So now I’m a post op patient in excruciating pain.

Okay, maybe not the best " bedside manner" type of Dr. But he sure does know his trade! Excellent Dr. Knows what he is doing. After 3 unsuccessful surgeries done by another surgeon and almost 4 years of extreme pain - Dr Magill in less than an hour fixed my elbow. I am one grateful client of his. This man knows his stuff! Highly recommend! He is not a talker, but he is friendly and cares and that is what matters. Thank you, Dr Magill
