100% caring
He took very good care of my father while in hospital and during his stay at assisted living. He also helped me to make the right decisions for my fathers care and help me through a trying time. Kept me informed the whole time.

I have been under the care of Dr Mallo for several years. Of all the Doctors I have, he is one of the most caring and I can feel that he is really concern about his patients. Through word of mouth, I chose him as my PCP and a lot of my co workers and family chose him too. Thank you Dr Mallo!

No follow up
He was assigned to me while I spent a week in a SNF.Ordered a urinalysis for high WBC count and symptoms of a UTI. I didn’t find out until I left that I had a deadly bacteria that should have been treated right away.I had to get my lab results myself after leaving the SNF then go see my primary doctor to get antibiotics ordered 2 weeks later!!! I could have ended up back in the hospital with sepsis again! I’m an RN and I know when doctors give poor treatment.

Horrible care because he doesn't care
The lack of interest this doctor gives his patients is despicable. My brother begged for him to listen to his ailments. He didn't and now my brother had been admitted to ICU with pneumonia. Dr. Mallo does nothing more than stroll through the SNF and collects an easy paycheck. Does not listen to the patient and makes it so obvious that he can care less.

Thank you Dr. Mallo for saving my life. Over 6 days, I had 3 nurse consults by phone and was seen by an Urgent Care nurse. Despite severe abdominal pain/vomiting, all said I had a GI tract bug. In 10 min, Dr. Mallo diagnosed a ruptured appendix and told me to go directly to the ER. Later, the surgeon said one more day and I might have died. Lessons learned: (1) Dr. Mallo is a superb physician, (2) don’t delay if you have a debilitating gastro-intestinal problem, and (3) nurses are not doctors.

Dr. Mallo is the most reliable and dependable doctor I have ever seen. He takes immediate action of my health needs. I have a heart attack on year 2000 and been switching to several doctors until I found Doctor Mallo who carefully review my medicine and treatment for over a decade now.
