Other Reviews are Too Kind
I realize everyone gives Dr. Margolin strong reviews, but he really doesn’t pay attention to his patients. Every appointment we had he NEVER made eye contact with me. He is always looking at his computer. He is probably too busy with all the responsibilities he accepted. He spoke very softly and I had a lot of trouble hearing him talk. He seemed like a decent person, but not for me.

Best Doctor I have been to in 50 years! There is no reason for the negative reviews from others. Dr. Margolin knows what he's doing and will get you feeling better fast. Been going to him for 20 years. Knows lots of specialists to get results in any other areas of health. Make an appt. today, you won't be sorry you did.

Nice guy. Office staff is unresponsive and never follows up on lab work. He often prescribes chronic meds (blood pressure, cholesterol, etc..) for 90 days then makes you keep coming back to pay more co-pays and disrupt my work schedule. Makes perfect sense to get bloodwork annually and renew scripts but he must be hurting for money/patients if he makes current patients churn every 90 days for common meds. They like to approve 15 day scripts (higher copays) to punish you if you don’t schedule. This feels more like a business than a doctor’s office. Time to look elsewhere.

Perhaps the worst experience I've had with health care. Human response to phone call(s) or emails is non existent. You will not get test results without much perseverance, as in 4 attempts and 3 weeks after my original appointment, I got a return call from an assistant that the doctor will call in a prescription to pick up without any further explanation of the condition or follow-up. Sent an email with questions thru the patient portal, no response.

This guy sucks, he look at his computer screen more than he pays attention to his patients. I have been waiting over a week for him to get back to me to switch medications and still nothing

I would highly recommend Dr. Margolan. He solved a health issue I have had all of my life. He is intelligent, insightful, professional--an excellent doctor. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long but more than worth it.
