What dr?
The staff was abrubt and receptionist was in conversation with co-workers. Distracted and finally got around to rescheduling me. They do a bad job at explaining what to expect, I had no idea it will require another surgery to remove my pins.

I choose to travel 100 miles to have Dr. Naylor do my Total Knee Replacement after he was recommended to me. He is a skilled surgeon, that does not sugar coat what is needed or expected. Even though he is straight to the point, he will listen to concerns and answer questions. He is careful with your recovery, expecting you to use equipment to safeguard the new joint. His staff is very friendly. I liked that he had everything built into his care, including setting up icing machine and CMP machine. Plan for him to do my other knee done by him, PS he will not do both at the same time.

Terrible Dr. Procrastination is his way of helping when he doesn't have the answer. Now I am left permanently disabled at 38 because of him. He doesn't even deserve 1 star

He’s a angel on earth for me as he’s helped me with all my health issues that I’ve been dealing with for a long time and has steadied me to a rheumatologist that I was needed for my health. He has awesome bed side manners and even has great jokes from toe to time. Mercy one should be blessed to have him as a surgeon. ??????

Adding another comment due to me accidentally putting a "thumbs down" on my own comment from 2+ years ago.. Haha. Naylor is still an outstanding doctor whom I have had many encounters with. He has worked so hard over the last 10 years of my life helping me. We went through so many tests to figure out what was wrong and nothing showed anything but he believed in me. He tried and tried to help me and he finally came to a resolution. Ever since my surgery, I have been so much better!!! Best doctor!
