Liked him
Thorough exam for neuro issues related to debilitating injury for my husband. Asked detailed questions and was very attentive to my husband's answers and followup questions. Found him to be very personable and friendly. He made lots of notes and made suggestions regarding a vertigo issue not related to the leg injury. We feel like he did a good job for the requested exam.

I loved him the moment I saw him. He’s good looking, has an excellent smile, smart, sweet & mellow. I’m super shy but I felt like I had known him my whole life. He’s easy to talk to. I recommend Dr Richard Michael Palmer to anyone!

Worst dr ever He does social security physical exams. He has no medical equipment in his office only a thing to check your reflexes. No stethoscope, no exam table. No scale or height chart, no blood pressure machine, only 2 chairs and a desk. Doesn't do an actual physical. For chronic pain or back injuries he doesn't even exam or look at your spine has no xray machine, he only asks you questions and looks information on certain diseases on his computer. Do not trust this Dr if you have to go to him for a social security physical exam. He will only ask questions, check your reflexes, have your try to walk in a straight line and make a bunch of funny faces.. He leaves patients charts on a desk in the waiting room where anyone can pick them up and look at them. Doesn't follow patients privacy or Hippa laws by leaving the charts out. I have done research on him and all of his info is conflicting. I believe he is a fake doctor. One of many in Arizona. He had no knowledge.

Dr. Palmer is the greatest physician ever, of all time. That is, if being the greatest physician of all time required an utter lack of empathy, absolutely no sense of humor, absolutely no social skills, and most importantly, a thorough lack of knowledge of any, and perhaps all, current medical procedures and directives. He is a true mental pygmy in the medical realm. A true embarrassment to any other physician out there.
