Wrote incorrect information in medical file
After I left emergency I reviewed his notes and he wrote multiple incorrect statements in my medical file. Also he was very rude and argumentative when I spoke to him.

I had an emergency room visit for a heart condition. Dr Paulis and his team were very efficient in diagnosing my issues and stabilizing me. I was alert the entire time. He asked me many questions as how I was feeling throughout my time in the room and confirmed my wishes as to the treatment he best identified for me. I was amazed afterwards to be able to read the log records noting who did what and when. I believe my experience was a classic example regarding how to address my problem under demanding conditions.
