Dr and nurse very pleasant and very informative.

Very helpful in addressing my issue and made sure to thoroughly review my chart and history. Took care to provide samples which made obtaining treatment easier.

I was provided wrong information by the staff when made the appointment. I should not take the oral steroid otherwise there is an impact on test result. So I had to reschedule . It was a waste to come in today

He is very thorough and lets you know what is happening at all times

He gave me options. He was kind. How a doctor makes you feel is every bit as important as what he can do for you. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve walked out of a doctor’s office feeling depressed. This man could give a few lessons to some of those young fellows with the ink hardly dry on their diploma.Parker was a sweetie too!

Dr. Roberts was great he was so thorough in explaining everything. Has a gentle spirit and good sense of humor. Also I learned some new things about allergens.

Dr Robert’s was a very nice and concise practitioner. He took his time and even helped me with issues that may not be in the allergy field, but still helped point me in the right direction. I’m very happy with having found him as a Dr.

Dr. Roberts is friendly but definitely not a knowledgeable or informative doctor. It was almost like he didn't believed what he was saying himself. He had zero confidence in what came out his mouth which made me look at him even more crazier. Dr. Roberts said my anaphylactic reaction was hyperventilating after I was told by several healthcare officials it was a serious allergic reaction. I was referred from CEENTA who stated it was an exposure episode and prescribed me an EPI Pen. I also was transported by paramedics to the ER who also witness what I was going through and noted it as a severe allergic reaction. All the healthcare personnel agreed it was an allergic reaction and the whole point of me seeing Carolina Asthma and Allergy was to determine what else I was allergic to. Dr. Roberts heard my whole experience and diagnosed some foolishness. With the severity of what my body went through it was disheartening that he wouldn't take my situation serious.

Dr listened to me but didn’t provide any good advice.

Dr. Roberts laid out my allergens very clearly and all of the causes. He also provided me plenty of instruction on how to mitigate it. Very friendly personality and knowledgeable for any questions you have.

I get a shot every 8 weeks. The front desk staff and the Nurses are very welcoming and friendly.

Dr Roberts took his time with me to take sure he had All the facts to help figure out my problem, he listened and asked questions with thoughtfulness and professionalism. I felt like I was in good hands in his office

This visit was thorough and timely. I was expecting the appointment to last a couple of hours. But we were in and out in 45 minutes. My concerns were heard and addressed with professionalism and care.
