The doctor is very ignorant and arrogant. His assistant Tricia, should not be at the front of a quote unquote medical spa. She's very unprofessional, something really needs to be done about her appearance, she's very rude she has a chip on her shoulder and if you don't want to spend as much money as she's pushing then her attitude gets worse. And the little blonde at the front desk couldn't take enough time to get her eyes off her personal cell phone to help me check in. I was referred here by someone who had a good experience and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I proceeded to go to Young medical spa, very professional very kind staff.

Dr. Richard Roth is one of the best ophthalmologists in PA. He is a skilled eye surgeon who also performs facial plastic surgery with phenomenal results. He is down to earth and his bedside manner makes the patient feel so comfortable. Always a smile on his face and instead of stuffy like some doctors he will have you laughing. If you are fortunate enough to live in this area you must make him your ophthalmologist....you will not be disappointed!! A strong 5 stars for this talented doctor.

There was no pressure as to what procedure or injections I should get. All of my questions were answered. A follow up appointment was scheduled to review results. I bruise easily, and there was zero bruising on my face. I was able to see an immediate improvement. Forehead lines disappeared thanks to Xeomin. The Belotero filled my dark sunken eye circles. Juviderm plumped my cheeks. With all the needles, I was very comfortable during the process in the hands of the Doctor and nurse.

I had a cosmetic procedure with no results. Went back to see him was told nothing could be done, but admits not enough filler was used. Really! Staff knew I was upset said we can repeat without charge, but that was incorrect on his part. I am a RN you can't fool me I've worked a long time. Roth his assistant Michelle are unprofessional and desepective. There is no communication or thoughtfulness.I don't want special treatment just adequate care. I will gladly tell all my medical friends to beware!
