Had cataract surgery a year ago. Halos are so bad I can't really drive at night. I have dry eyes now, didn't before. When my husband had his surgery with Dr. Selser Jr. several years ago, they treated him like a king. I was treated more like the scrub woman. Had to fight to get a contact lens for one eye so I could see between both surgeries. Then after paying $10,000 approximately,(no insurance for this), they wanted to charge me for a contact, which I know they get samples for free. After I told them I used to work for an eye Dr. and knew the ropes, they gave me a second contact after the first on tore after a few weeks. I expected better after how well they treated my husband. The staff was great.

I think Dr. Selser is absolutely amazing. He did a wonderful job removing my cataracts. He made it so I can see vivid colors and drive at night. I don't even need to wear glasses any more . I was so impressed that I told my sister who also went to him for her surgery. Everyone associated with him treated me with kindness and respect. There was no wait time at all.

His pocket girl, Kelly (the 2nd floor supervisor) was standing next to him while she talked down to me like a dog. Never said a word. Very unprofessional, I'll never be back.

Total joke of an office. His right hand nurse lacks ethics, morals and values and does not keep her word. I would not allow her to watch my goldfish while vacationing. Dr. Selser portrays himself as a professional, and he very well could be, but as a partner in an established Opthamology Office he really should be able provide the services that he advertises. Like, LASIK. Also, his nursing staff needs retrained in common courtesy and decency.
