Horrible Doctor
I visited Dr Silver from the age of 11 to about 20. I was always told by him that my breathing seemed pretty normal even when I was having a massive, asthma attack. I would do the breathing test every single time and I would be pretty dang good unfortunately I was missed diagnosed at the age of 11 by Dr. Silver, when I was a senior and college, I went to the emergency room for my asthma attack which was actually a panic attack. All the years that I suffered in silence, thinking that I was having an attack and everybody telling me that I could breathe. I had amazing oxygen And always wondering why I still felt like I couldn’t breathe . I always worry and wonder how many other children you’re misdiagnosing so for that I’m leaving this review my mental health is extremely important to me, and I am all about helping others because I was misdiagnosed for way too long now at the age of 40 here I am taking a stand. you’re a horrible doctor.

I may be one of the earliest patients on here
Great doctor. As a young child I was a patient of his over 3 decades ago and he helped me outlive my severe childhood asthma. I am now older than he was then, and would probably not have made it without his care. I am very glad to see he's still practicing, I'm sure my story is not unique and he has touched many lives.

I was a patient of Dr Silver's from the age of 1-17. He was able to diagnose me with an uncommon lung disease while others couldn't. I stopped seeing him at 17 due to needing to go to an adult pulmonologist. She retired & her replacement did not take my concerns seriously. At age 26, (2018) I requested to come back to Dr Silver who gladly took me. After about 6 months of altering my meds up & thorough appointments, my lungs are better than ever! I would recommend no one else for your children!!!

Dr Silver did a fantastic job of finally finding the cause of my kids’ chronic illnesses after many years with multiple specialists. Office visits are extremely long, 2-6 hours, but very thorough. Great guy for finally getting the diagnosis. Nurses and office staff are very skilled and patient.

Dr. Silver treated two of my children for all of their young lives (until they became adults). You could not ask for a better doctor who cares for his patients! While he may seem strict in some aspects, it is for the betterment of the child. Iwould not have changed anything for his care that he gave my children! He never let us leave without making sure we understood all of his instructions.

My kids have been seeing him for almost 10 yrs and we drive 800 miles round trip to do so. On this journey, I have crossed paths with many medical professionals. However, Dr. Silver and Dr. Mandujano have proved to be 2 of the most sincere, knowledgeable, and trust-worthy doctors I have encountered. The office wait time is long, but the care there and the availability of their doctors after hours make it worth sitting a while.

Dr. Silver is amazing. I feel at ease having him as my children's' pulmonologist. He is very thorough, caring, and easily accessible. There is always a doctor on call after hours for emergencies and his nurses return calls right away. The wait to be seen can sometimes be long but it is worth it. He is never rushed when taking the time to see us. He is very detailed and ensures we are comfortable with the action plan. He seems to truly care about his patients and their succes.

My son has been seeing Dr Silver for years because he is simply the best pediatric pulmonologist in the country! We drive over two hours each way because Dr Silver is worth his weight in gold! Dr Silver figured out my son's problem when no one else could, specially tailored a care plan to his needs, and he's been well for the longest period of time in his whole life! Thank you Dr Silver!!!
