Knowledgeable
I had an EMG performed by Dr. Tonzola. He explained want he was doing and what could be causing my problem. Not much waiting, 5 min. if that and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Great visit.

I went today 1-4-21 he didn't want to listen to any of my new symptoms since I saw him last year I wanted an MRI of my spine and brain and he refused. He kept insisting I don't have MS because of my age and he said if I did have it I wouldn't be treated with any drugs. He is behind the times he really needs to retire or get better educated.

Dr. Tonzola was knowledgeable, asks good questions, and thinks as he is speaking to you, which is very important to me. I have been experiencing unexplained muscle weakness, muscle pain, twitching, and joint pain for three months. This doctor specializes in neuromuscular disorders. He ordered MRIs, did an EMG/NCS (with a vintage machine I might add), blood work. Still have symptoms. Sought rheumatologist, wouldn't write a referral. Was disturbed by that.

Dr. Tonzola is a excellent doctor. He care about his patients. My wife and I are his patients. However, his office staffs are very unfriendly and cruel. They made a mistake on my wife medicare claim.I paid office and they supposed to submit to the medicare for our reimbursement. That was over a year ago.Now they missed the the claim period, and she said to talk to Dr Tonzola. I know they r not going to call me, so I wrote a letter to them for record. She even threaten me for call the office too many
