Love the guy
Dr. Wikholm is fantastic. Been seeing him for close to 25 years (with a break when he wasn’t covered by my old insurance). Really understands his area of expertise. Great personality, very thorough. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my hearing loss or sleep apnea (which I was told is one of the worst he has ever seen). Set me up with a great CPAP, took a hands-on approach to every detail to see I was out-fitted with what I needed. I like the hands-on approach. Highly recommended.

Do Not Go To This Doctor!
Arrived for my appointment and after nurse questioned me about why I was there I learned that not only did they not have the information I was told I needed that I sent in, but that things like this always happen. I made an appt with one doctor and they had me see a different doctor - who I was not referred to. The nurse was incredibly rude - when I asked why I was seeing a different doctor and not the one who I made the appt with, she said she does not control what the front office does. Dr. Wilkholm had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. He even told me there was no way I could feel what I told him I was feeling regarding the reason I was there. I had four other doctors point this out to me and he said he couldn't even feel it but the only reason he knew I had it is because the ultrasound indicated it was there. I left the office in tears and have never felt so mistreated. I wish I could give a negative star review.

Terrible
I called asked for the name of a referral they had previously given me but I misplaced. Was billed $120.00 for the name. Still disputing this with their staff.

I had a sleep study last night. Technician who worked on me was Cameron. Really enjoyed my stay. Cameron was very pleasant, courteous, made me feel right at home. He was great. I have always been treated by Dr Wikholm and his staff.

Dr. Wikholm is an excellent EN&T specialist. He has cared for my throat polyp removal, my sleep apnea and selecting a CPAP that would work for me. His medication selection for me was right on to deal with the problem not the symptoms. I would give Dr. Wikholm 5 stars. Now getting an appointment is a whole other kettle of fish. You had better plan to wait awhile to get in to see him.

These people are rude and unprofessional. The gave us the wrong appointment time and after we drove for 45 minutes to get there, they told us to reschedule for another day. And it was their office who made the mistake!

I would advise anyone with anything worse than the sniffles to stay away from this doctor. My husband produces excess mucus thats irritating his existing stomach condition to the point that he cannot eat. Dr Wikholm listened to the problem & all we've done and actually walked out of the room without offering a solution -not a prescription, not a direction, not a referral. I'm not exaggerating. His pulmonary specialist was not helpful as well. Ill be lodging a formal complaint with Dignity Health

My wife and I both were prescribed CPAP's by this office. The process of obtaining a CPAP is being held up for both of us, according to Pacific Pulmonary, because my wife's prescription had white-out used on it and my prescription contained a signature stamp. We've been told we really need these devices yet we still can't get them. Very unprofessional and very frustrating.
