I feel the same way good surgeon office staff could care less about you. I had surgery recently and I got no call from them to see if I was OK . I don't understand how a nice doctor has such lousy staff.

Dr. Wulff helped my aunt last month when she broke her hip. She needed a transfer from another hospital to University Medical Center for her treatment and Dr. Wulff and his staff were extremely helpful accepting her care and in making the needed contacts. Dr. Wulff was available, very kind in consultation, attentive and skilled. Within 24 hours my aunt was back on her feet and is now well on her way to recovery. The whole family is indebted to Dr. Wulff and his staff. Thank You.

My 20 yr old daughter dropped a yankee jar candle on her foot and went to urgent care who did an X-ray and showed any obvious fracture. The next day she saw Dr. Wulff who did not do another X-ray which is common protocol since inflammation can hide fractures when taken immediately. He told her to wear a hard sole shoe, said she could walk on it and sent her on her way. Knowing this was OUTRAGEOUS, I scheduled with another doctor. This doctor repeated X-rays and confirmed 4 broken metatarsels

He is a great surgeon, I had both knees replaced & never had no pain after surgery. I healed quickly & was able to return to normal activities. I was seventy five years old when he replaced the left knee & seventy six when the right one was replaced. He is very good to exlplain everything to you, & if you listen to him, & do the things he tells you to do, my opinion you want have any trouble getting healed & back to normal activities. Should be rated as one of the top here in Las Vegas.

Ultimately he is an excellent well trained surgeon. Getting an appointment, being treated by his staff as though they are doing you the favor and that you are not important. Discharge instructions Extremely vague. All of this has made this experience less than adequate experience. The surgery itself I was well informed and felt confident.
