The staff is incompetent
Dr Gaines is competent however his staff is rude and unable to complete simple tasks. When a cardiac clearance is necessary for surgery, they are incapable of ensuring that it is completed in the promised amount of time. And when questioned as to why it was not completed, the nurse claims she “doesn’t remember”. You actually have to go pick up the paperwork that they were supposed to fax to the surgeon in order to ensure that they have done their jobs. It is completely unacceptable.
