Dr. Rick Gebhart, DO

My doctor of 25 years retired and I started going to Dr. Gebhart. He has a great bedside manner and actually listens to what I have to say. His Concierge service is affordable and his staff is courteous and helpful.

I’ve been going to Dr. Gebhart for almost 25 years. My kids were young when I started going to him. Both my son and my daughter wasn’t afraid to go to the doctors when they had to because Dr. G made them feel special, like he was more of a Family Friend

Dr. Gebhart is a very kind physician. He takes time to get to know you. He is committed to taking the best care possible of your health condition.

Left his pts high and dry with no advanced warning he was changings his practice. No longer takes insurance. Been a of for years thanks for throwing us under the bus.

We trust him. He’s willing to take time to explain procedures and treatment methods completely.

So I guess I just found out, 2 days after the practice closed, that I do not have a family doctor anymore! I was never notified by phone or letter that the office was closing. I have been trying to call to find out about my records but the office phone is ringing busy. I should have seen the writing on the wall years ago. I could never get an appointment and when I did I left feeling unsatisfied. Thanks for nothing......

Gebhart has been our doctor since he opened his practice. I would never consider seeing anyone else.

He left me without a diagnosis for a potentially life threatening disease for almost a decade, and failed to diagnose my autism. My body is in TATTERS and my life crumbled, my school life suffered irreparably, because he focused on weight loss instead of tests, examination, and figuring out what was wrong with me. His staff was no better. When he was my family doctor, his negligence destroyed any hopes of being successful from ages 12-20. Thank god I changed doctors, or I'd be dead.

Dr Gebhart is a very good family doctor in my opinion. The staff which includes the nurses (especially) are the most rude and unprofessional group I have ever experienced in my life

a very good dr. w incompetent staff. terrible facility. almost impossible to make appointment with dr himself. 3mo+wait for apt. staff get messages for dr on phone and online system & answer wo asking dr, good luck getting message to him ever. nurse practitioners rubber stamp chart & refills & ask nothing. 1mo+ wait to see NP. apt w NP = 2 min tops. NP ok but overscheduled. most staff obv doesn't care abt patients = rude, cold & info unclear. up to 3 weeks for rx refill. go somewhere else if can

Rick is a very fine Doctor. He will spend what ever time is necessary consulting you for your health problem. He has empathy and compassion something that is important when a person is ill.

Dr Gebhart is amazing!!! He truly cares for his patients and and provides excellent individualized care. He takes his time with each patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. G is an outstanding family physician. He has diagnosed a rare syndrome in me that I have suffered with for years. Other doctors have failed to find the root cause or properly diagnose me. Dr. G has made my life so much better. My husband and I both see him. I trust him completely. He never makes me feel rushed. He is compassionate, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. His entire staff are friendly and helpful.

I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE THEY REALLY DO TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND ARE VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL ?? I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIEND'S AND FAMILY ??

Dr. Gebhart is an amazing diagnostician not just of physical ailments but also brilliant at diagnosing and treating ADHD, depression, bipolar and a host of other mental illnesses. I've had doctors who stood at the door with their hand on the door knob he entire very short, rushed visit but NEVER EVER has that happened at Dr. Rick's office. He and his Nurse Practitioners sit down across from me or my child and make sure to get all the pertinent information before making a diagnosis or prescribing

Dr. G takes time to figure out what we need. Very trustworthy and would not go anywhere else.

My daughter saw the Nurse Practitioner in the office. She injected her swollen knee put the open needle on the counter and then re injected her knee with the same dirty needle. This is appalling and a basic medical mistake.

Always have to wait over an hour in the waiting room and 30+ mins in the room. When Gebhart comes in you are never rushed and he is great!!! When either NP comes in they hardly listen and rush you out. So why does it take so long for an NP appt? Always go with Gebhart.....

Have had to wait over an hour to see Dr Gebhart, but when it's my turn I have NEVER felt rushed. He has always figured out my issues, and refered me to some great specialist's. My entire family goes to see him !!
