No concern for me
He is probably a capable doctor but had no ability to try and connect with me or listen to my questions. He was actually very abrupt and rude. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Gross was efficient and professional, he resolved my ear problem in two visits. I am not there for him to be my best friend; but he did make me feel comfortable and welcome.

Although Dr. Gross is probably a capable provider, he is sorely lacking in customer service skills - most esp., any show of concern for his patients! Prior to surgery, he demonstrated a visible show of annoyance toward me for requesting to talk to him about important decisions I'd made (ex. if my biopsy proved to be cancerous). After surgery, he afforded no time at all! I had to go through PCP to have my questions answered! His assistant Vanessa, should be banned from working with patients!

Walked back to exam room-he was chit chatting with girls at the reception desk for his patients. He came into the room. ZERO eye contact. Reached conclusion without asking any questions of past history. made me feel like I was wasting his time. Also talked poorly about my physican who referred me by saying they pass pt onto him instead of treating themselves. I thought he was the professional ENT not a general dr. No time to ask him questions
