Great Doc
Dr. Smith made my post op appointment enjoyable and instructive. He has a good bedside manner and made sure I understood everything concerning my illness. Dr. Smith has the ability to share with the patient the possibilities of conditions going forward. I highly recommend him and look forward to my next appointment.

Modern day Marcus Welby MD
A doctor that walks in, calls ya by first name, sits down & ask how's your day! Always a professional but makes ya feel comfortable, at ease. He probably spends the same amount of time with each patient as other docs do but I never felt rushed. Want a doc that cares about you, not just a name on a clipboard? See Dr. Ricky Smith.

Appointment was very rushed... the problem area wasn't even addressed.. this will be the last time I schedule with this guy.. if I could give a negative star rating it would be appropriate.. save your money get another urologist.

My first visit with Dr. Smith, but won't be my last! Dr. smith took an extraordinarily long length of time with me during the "get to know me and my problem" session with him. When finished, and the Doctor had left the room, I had another question that I had forgotten to ask. Dr Smith returned to the room and again took his time explaining treatments for me. I appreciated that!

This doctor is the coolest. (that matters). He is so smart and knows his stuff. Reviews are very important. When I first read his reviews the negatives ones I was like OMG. However I made my own judgement. The best choice ever for my husband. He is stat and straight to the point. he explained everything in detail. I can write all day. He is an AWESOME doctor. The staff is very cute and funny. I just want to go back and sit in their office.

Dr. Smith was NOT compassionate at all. I was in terrible pain after having surgery and asked for pain medication. He told me that it was bad enough that I was an Interstitial Cystitis patient, but that I did not need to be a drug addict too! I was horrified that he would say that to me. I never went back to him. He is very arrogant also!
