Don't do it
Took over 4 months to be scheduled as a new patient for him. A woman named 'Kari' is his wife (!!!!) and works from home. She talked bad to me and didn't explain that he doesn't do medications so came in to my appt, filled out hours worth of paperwork, for Dr to not help me or prescribe. Don't waste your time with this physician. It's not worth the hassle and the degrading demeanor

Best pain Doctor out their period.
I have seen a ton of pain Doctors since 2007. Dr. Guerra is by far the best. He doesn’t just have you leave his office with a bag of meds and call it good. He started me off from square one with injections and now I have a pain stimulator in my back. He helped me get it approved and get it put in. I will refer anyone to Dr Guerra because I feel he actually does know his patients. His whole staff is awesome and will help you however they can. I will continue to drive over an hour away to see him when I have plenty of Doctors closer because I trust him.

I had pain down my right arm & a lot of neck pain but I didn't know they were related pains or what was causing it. Dr Guerra knew what it was & got me to the best doctors to follow up with it. It was actually in pinched nerves in my neck caused by arthritis & the surgery took care of it immediately with no more pain in my arm & neck.
