very compartmentalized care—right away she stated her plan was to “cover her bases” …this translated to an obvious unwillingness address issues of concern to me, the very issues for which i had made the appointment…came across very dismissive and presumptive….not my idea of a good physician.

Routine annual visit. Felt like I was inconveniencing Dr Seghal the whole time. The appointment was ruched and I'm not sure she was listening to anything I was telling her. The office fouled up the coding, now I'm being forced to pay for a portion of it. Still trying to get it resolved 8 months later. I understand that it's also a problem with the 'insurance' industry, but no one is sticking up for me. I will not be going back to this physician.

Dr. Sehgal has been my doctor for years.She listens and offers solid help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sehgal's for the last year but will be seeking other care as soon as possible. In the last year, communication has left a lot to be desired. All test results are pushed out via Athena notice in lieu of a phone call - so if you are looking for someone who will not take the time to have her office call with follow-up steps or guidance, she may be a provider for you. There were often scripts called into a pharmacy based on those lab results but no explanation as to why they were being ordered. Most recently, it has been impossible to get a follow-up call for a MRI that their office has had for at least a week that had concerning results that required subsequent follow-up care. I'll be finding another provider - unfortunately, all the good practitioners seemed to leave Ascension's network within the last 2 years.

Dr Sehgal is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. Our son is disabled and she is the one doctor we can count on to sign off in a timely fashion on durable medical equipment needs. Only problem we have ever had was if bloodwork being drawn sometimes their lab was not available.

After waiting months for a new patient appointment I was very disappointed. She spend less than 10 minutes with me. Was very dismissive of anything I had to say and was abrasive with all her criticism towards potential health issues I 'probably' have due to me gaining a bit of weight and fixated on that. I felt unheard and rushed like I was a number not a person

Dr Sehgal is very intelligent and extremely thorough. Yet, she spoke ill of my last practitioner, and was dismissive of the plan of care I had been pursuing, as well as some of my medical diagnoses. I felt small, stupid, and dismissed. I appreciate her intelligence, but feel she needs to respect an individual’s plan of health, even if it differs from her plan for the future.

Dr. Sehgal alerted me to a dangerous drug interaction probably saving my life. I am fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Taken quickly with temp of 102+ Dr, Sehgal was gracious & we are waiting for results of Covid test. She recommended Ibuprofen which is helping.

Not friendly and not happy with the order placed for my knee. Should have been a MRI, not a Ultrasound. Had a second medical need and referred me back to my regular doctor as if she didn’t want to deal with it. Now I have to make another appointment and start all over Secondly the nurse I had that day needs a HUGE attitude adjustment and go back patient 101 on how to treat patients with kindness & professionalism. Your clinics are nothing like your hospitals.

Doctor Sehgal is very thorough professional courteous and kind. She takes her time to answer all your questions and you never feel rushed.

I found her to be nice and caring. She listened to my problems and suggested some solutions.
