Only one word describes Dr Bhatia and that is AMAZING! She is one of the most caring drs I have ever had. She brings a sense of comfort as soon as she walks in the room. She thoroughly explained her recommendation for plan of action. I am so happy I found her! A bonus-her staff was kind and efficient, had zero wait time. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have recently had the pleasure of being evaluated and treated by Dr. Bhatia. I have had a long history of cardiac issues. I returned to Maryland recently and needed to establish new care from a local cardiologist. For the first time in all my years of being treated by cardiologists from a different state, my very first visit with Dr. Bhatia, I felt like I had been a patient of hers for years. She took the time and listened to my every concern. She reviewed all of my previous medical records. She performed testing that has never been performed before for an accurate diagnosis, and treatment plan of my condition. For the first time in over 20 years, I actually walked out of the cardiologist office having answers instead of more questions! I have peace of mind now, knowing that her diagnosis is medically backed up by diagnostic testing and not just one of 'let's try this and see if it works'. I will forever be a continued patient of Dr. Bhatia no matter where I live!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhatia's for about 4 years now. The level of knowledge, care and compassion I received from her and the Odenton staff have surpassed all other previous Cardiology offices. She is always a phone call away and promptly assists whatever needs arise. I highly recommend her services. Thank you Odenton office!

Rinky Bhatia is one of the most INCOMPETENT, negligent, uncaring persons with a medical degree! One of her current patients is struggling with the THIRD case of pericarditis under her "care." She has never been solicitous of his ongoing inflammation and simply utters a "sorry "when notified of readmissions to John Hopkins hospital in Baltimore following heart surgery she recommended. NOW she suggests a physician who focuses on " heart failure" due to the heart damage resulting from the repeated cases of inflammation!!!! She is always disposed to recommend another "specialist "since she has totally avoided the responsibility of overseeing the care of this patient. She has NO sense of urgency in a medical field where a quick response can mean life or death. Does she not understand that a cardiac patient is one who has HEART problems????? There should be a ZERO rating allowed!

Thanks to Dr. Bhatia, I was proven correct on what I thought was wrong with me. When she ran out of treatment options, she referred me to someone who did at John’s Hopkins. I am forever grateful for her and she is the reason I’m recovering now.

I met her once. Her staff apparently are not computer literate and don’t know how to upload a physician summary into their own charting system. Still waiting for results tests and a note or something from this physician herself to put into the chart for my primary to review. I’m not impressed thus far.

I don't understand the 5 stars here. I explained my condition, and volunteered details because Bhatia was NOT freely giving any feedback. I said, you're the expert - you tell me - like a self-diagnosis. She simply nodded her head, and kept nodding her head. I gave more clinical details of the pain I was feeling. Her answer? - she said she was more concerned with heart pain during exercise or exertion, drink water, no coffee! So many CVD conditions are NOT exercise related. This was dismal!!

3 years ago I had a successful heart bypass after Dr Bhatia and her team found abnormalities during a stress test. Probably like most patients I was shocked to hear the news, but Dr Bhatia was very good at explaining the process and describing the urgency of the situation. The follow up care has been great. She has been very comforting in guiding me through all my questions and concerns.
