Huge help to our son's quality of life
My son struggled with painful swelling for several years and we saw many specialists who could rule things out but not provide a diagnosis. Finally we were referred to Dr. Alperin who was able to diagnose my son's pretty rare condition and find him an effective treatment. Now he has a lot less pain and a more normal childhood. Dr. Alperin has been very responsive to any concerns and messages, and my son enjoys his visits with her!

My child fit all the diagnostic criteria of a disease. The other physicians already recommended treating him but Dr Alperin delayed it because my child was admitted on a weekend day evening :(.

I was afraid for my first visit based on all the negative reviews I had read. After actually meeting with Dr. Alperin more than once now I can't understand how anyone would have something negative to say! She was wonderful, extremely nice, smart, and explained my diagnose so well. She even hopped right up on the exam table with me to help me feel more comfortable while she examined me. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

My daughter was diagnosed when she was 18 months and is now five. Dr Alperin has been wonderful both with my daughter and us. She has been very responsive and attentive and has always listened to our concerns and questions. We never feel rushed! My daughter absolutely loves her. We would highly reccomend her for your child. The staff in every office we have seen her in has also been wonderful!!!!

Just as rude, condescending, and abrupt as other parents have reported. No wonder it was so easy to get in to see her. I did give her one star for not ordering a bunch of unnecessary tests after the exam. I almost laughed aloud in her office when she mentioned to call after a week of consistent knee swelling because she's so hard to get into. Number one....we would never go back to her even if our son did have more episodes. #2, there's a reason we got an appointment so quickly, she's no good.
