Been in 2 or 3 times and...
Donna Steel and her staff are amazing. I have never met Dr, El-Hajj. I've had many surgeries and have met and continually talk to all of my Doctors if necessary. 2 Stents, 1 bypass, elbow surgery, Hernia Surgery, Ankle Fusion, Hip replacement and now Type 2 Diabetic. Dr. El-Hajj is the only Doctor in my lifetime that I've never met. Can't figure this one out.

Excellent doctor!
Dr El-Hajj is a great doctor. A smart diagnostician. Very thorough. Also kind. Energetic. She listens deeply & openly to what the patient says, and works in partnership with the patient to come up with a plan. I've seen Dr El-Hajj for 15 years. She is the best!

10/20/21 I went to see Dr. El-Hajj for my 6 month check up and evaluation and as always Dr. El-Hajj gave me an excellent and through examination! Dr. El-Hajj is a brilliant physician who cares a great deal about her patients, she takes her time and goes over every aspect of my condition which is Type 2 Diabetes. Dr. El-Hajj read my current blood studies and then she took her time to explain every single test, what it is, it’s function and how I am doing and she set goals for me to achieve in the areas that need improvement. Dr. El-Hajj is so nice, friendly, kind, compassionate and she deeply cares about her patients! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. El-Hajj and I give her 5 Stars ?? and 2 thumbs up ???? I honestly don’t know what I would do without Dr. El-Hajj she is simply the very BEST and I trust her ?? wholeheartedly! Thank you Dr. El-Hajj for being my Doctor!

My quality of life has improved since becoming Dr. El-Hajj patient. I tell my therapy consumers who don't live in the state of PA that I wish that could see my endocrinologist and benefit from her expertise. Her bedside manner is behind excellent. There is a never been a moment she or her nurse Kia have not been anything but professional and taken care of me. I am so very grateful for Dr. El-Hajj practice. Bravo Ladies!!! keep up the good work!!!

Dr. El-Hajj is a very skilled and intelligent physician. However, she can be very intimidating. I'm struggling to be a "good" diabetic and she lacks some of the understanding that I need. Her staff is horrible. Not one ounce of friendliness to be found. Everything is difficult---messages, changing appointments, getting lab paperwork. I'm seriously considering changing just because of the staff.

Dr. El-Hajj seems very good but getting through to an actual person when calling the office is impossible. You will never call and speak to a live person, you will have to leave a message and the response time can range from a day to several days. And return calls are not from the doctor but from an assistant even when asking a medical question related to treatment.

I really have a lot of confidence in the Dr. El-Hajj, but you never get to talk to a person when you call. Wait time for a call back can be anywhere up to 3 days (totally unacceptable) and the office staff is abrupt and quite rude. I was yelled at or reprimanded for calling and leaving messages. This is very disheartening. I would highly recommend Dr. El-Hajj, but hesitate because of the difficulty of getting a hold of her or anyone for questions.
