Came for a sinus infection and was so glad that she took time to explain and give preventive advice. At first I was upset because she wouldn’t give me a steroid shot that I asked for but Dr Goyal looked at the “whole picture of me” and took time to educate me with compassion and good analogies so I feel more empowered about my overall health and sinuses especially. Wish she practiced full time

I have been seen by Dr. Goyal several times. She is friendly and courteous and has been a wonderful help. She actually listens to patients and doesn’t just prescribe pills.

Dr. Goyal ordered the appropriate tests and medical practice, so that was good. However, when I needed help on what to do next, she became stern in tone, condescending to me, and talked down to me, in part as if I was was wasting her time. I think she forgets that navigating the medical system is confusing to a lot of people. I want a doctor who doesn't treat me like at number; she could have at least had a nice tone. I don't want to see her again.
