Dr. Rita Kaplon, MD

I think this Doctor is amazing, way above the level of care that I am used to in this town. Dr. Kaplan is very relatable, knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. She also took and adecuate amount of time with me and my daugther (who was seeing an OBGYN for her first time). She got back to us immediately with the lab results and made time in her schedule to make a prompt follow up visit to explain us the findings. I am very satisfied with this doctor!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kaplon during my labor and delivery. From the start, I felt that there was a lack of genuine concern for my well-being. Throughout the process, the doctor was detached and seemed more focused on rushing through the procedure than providing any real support or comfort.During such an intense and emotional experience as labor, I expected a doctor to offer more than just clinical guidance. Unfortunately, Dr. Kaplon did not show much empathy, nor did they take the time to address my questions or concerns. I felt that the doctor was not truly listening to me or my needs, which added to the stress of the situation.In an environment where compassionate care is essential, I was disappointed by the cold, impersonal approach. I wish I had received more attention, reassurance, and a sense of care from the doctor during this important moment in my life.I recommend avoiding this provider.
