Dr. Rita cares and makes sure you have her full attention to your complaint and your care. If something needs surgery she schedules without delay.

Very rude! I don't recommend Dr Rita Malhotra to anyone.

Amazing Dr. Personable and knowledgeable, all my concerns were addressed and after develop care plan that was easy to understand she quickly put my mind at ease.. Her receptionist Kristina is very helpful I really like the fact that she kept in touch with me up until I arrived at the office, ensuring I was prepared for my visit.. Thankyou !

I can’t say enough about this Dr. And her staff, my visit was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Rita is very personable and knowledgeable.. all my concerns were addressed and I have already referred several friends because I was so satisfied with my visit !

I had a very unpleasant experience with this office. I needed a surgical clearance from the doctor and getting in touch with them or getting anything done was nearly impossible. The Doctor doesn’t get back to you within timely manners it takes a couple tries for anyone to get back to the patient. They fill out paper work wrong and don’t even know what a physical is. This office caused me a lot of stress !

Dr. Malhotra is a phenomenal doctor. She is available at all times and I cant help but find the review on 10/25/20 a bit misleading. I can attest to being able to communicate with Dr. Malhotra even during peak hours of the night which is really encouraging and shows her devotion to patient care. I have personally recommended Dr. Malhotra to all my family members and have even trusted her to take care of my mother's health.

Dr. Malhotra is was available to me via video chat at midnight on a Friday night while my local doctors were non responsive. It is comforting to know that professional medical care is only a call or text away when needed.

Dr. Rita Malhotra, is like talking to a friend with a medical degree. It takes time for a Dr and patient to get to know each other. Dr. Rita Malhotra spends time doing her best to make you feel better. I highly recommend her and look forward to my appointments with her

Extremely rude

We reached out to this Doctor regarding about our father’s health. She was supposed to help us to get blood test results because of my father’s urgent condition. We waited two hours to get the blood work done, when we got in there, they will not accept the screen shot and the print out of the screen shot of the prescription of the lab work to be done. The lab told us that the doctor has to fax or call in to authorize the lab work. We called for hours, because we stayed and waited at the lab to see if we can get a hold of her. Many hours later, when we finally got a hold of her, we explained our situation that we waited for more than three hours and what the lab office told us to do. She was RELUCTANT to submit the prescription in a professional manner requested by the lab office and we lost valuable time to get the lab work for my father in a timely fashion. Then, when we complained to her to please do this for us because we don’t want to waste more valuable.
