Dr. Chacko is a great Doc. Apparently she recently left her Crouse Practice and the office will not give any forwarding info. They said she left "suddenly "and they had no information on where she went. This is hard to believe knowing how she felt about her patients. I doubt that she would not give this info to Crouse. I hope Crouse is not withholding information just to keep a patient. I will do my best to find her and will post on social media when I find out.

She is so good at diagnosing. She immediately knew after my open heart surgery that I also had congestive heart failure and I was treated quickly and I live happily now a year later

Overnight hospital stay for supraventricular tachycardia. Not only did she take care of it, but she was extremely informative and would not let me leave until I understood what was happening and what she was going to do about it.

Dr. Chacko was able to get my HBP under control and in the process found a previously unknown symptom that ultimately required a pacemaker. She worked with us to make sure everything else was ruled out before going through the procedure. I really like that she spends time with you to make sure you have all of your questions answered. A terrific doctor that I would highly recommend.

I was sent to Dr. Chako by my family practitioner, who thought I might possibly need a pacemaker. Dr. Chako determined that, at that time, I didn't need a devise, and to this day still doesn't think I need one. The thing I really like about her is she doesn't rush to judgement, yet I know if in her profesional opinion I did need a pacemaker, she would say so.
