Does not allow video conferences
I live at a distance from my Dad, and sometimes join his doctor's appointments via video. Dr. Mouchati refused to allow me to join my Dad's appointment by video. He is the only doctor I have encountered who refused to allow that. He did offer to talk off-line, but that means my father and the Dr. don't have the benefit of my knowledge of my Dad's health historyor my probing questions during the appointment. Especially frustrating as he says he does Telehealth appointments...

I have been seeing Dr. Mouchati for years, I have had horrible migraines for years and nobody was able to give me answers or help me until i saw him. He ordered a brain MRI when I was 14 years old and I was extremely scared but he was able to ease my nerves to get me to be okay with getting it done. Now 11 years later my migraines are still well controlled thanks to him and I am able to actually live a somewhat normal life instead of having to avoid bright lights and loud noises constantly. I recommended him to one of my closest friends and she loves him as well!

Whoa. This doctor needs to retire. And stat. He was so clearly foggy and vague in his interest in a new patient, and seemingly unread or disinterested in the dementia challenges we discussed. What a massive waste of time and personal information sharing. AVOID.

This is not by any means how Dr Mouchati engages with treatment of patients...ever this person must be noncompliant. No pharmacist is ever in a position to tell a physician or nurse practitioner how to treat. Absurd

Dr. Mouchati is one of the finest Doctors I have ever been treated my. Compassionate, listens, answers and looks you in the eye. He may not always run on time but I am sure that is not all his fault and he is worth the wait. My treatment has been fantastic. The staff is so nice, friendly and ready to help. I will never change my neurologist, Dr Mouchati
