Would not recommend this provider or the office
I went to go see Dr. Ajello as my new sleep apnea provider. I had one brief appointment with him in 2022. My follow up was in March 2023. I never received reminders from the office, never received appointment info, and was not contacted by Dr. Ajello at the date and time of my appointment. I called the office maybe 15 times and left 4 voicemails over the course of a week and a half. Not once did anyone pick up the phone (I tried the receptionist and the MA line) nor did they return my voicemails. Called a few weeks later - they had no idea what happened and couldn't even confirm that I had an appointment that day I was blown off. They schedule me for a new appointment in April. I received reminders this time and I even spoke to the receptionist 10 minutes before my appointment confirming. I never received a call from Dr. Ajello as he was supposed to. And once again I have yet to reach any office staff. My voicemail request to have an office manager call me back has been ignored.
