Doctor Refusing to sign DC
Doctor is refusing to sign a death certificate, and everyone from the hospital says he is notorious of doing so. We will call the state and report him.

Dr. Arieli is probably the worst health care professional I have ever experienced. I have been having some serious stomach complications and he referred me to take a bacteria test. After testing I had to wait an entire month just to have a 15 minute conversation about the results. When we finally connected he had forgotten that I even took the test -- I had to remind him and inquire about the results. I had tested positive for H.Pylori and was only just being told. In my mind, if I had tested positive then I think the office should have notified me as soon as possible so that treatment could go underway rather than have me sitting with a stomach full of bacteria, major discomfort, and no answers. Bottom line from me is that if you are looking for proactive healthcare then best look elsewhere. I now will be jumping through all the required hoops just to see someone else as soon as I can.
