He was rude and it was my worst interaction with a doctor.I was in the hospital for hand surgery. Another orthopedic doctor from the same group had done the surgery (this doctor was fantastic). Barnett was supposed to do the follow up with me so I could be discharged from the hospital. He was supposed to meet with me before noon, and he did not show up until 7pm. He barged into my hospital room, no hello, no apology for being late and was blatantly rude to me and my familyHe grabbed the hand that had been repaired and jerked it back to “check the motion”, popping two of the stitches open. He then sent me home without replacing the stitches and giving us any direction. The wound did not heal and became infected then and a second surgery was required.
