Subpar customer service. This was the only eye clinic in Juneau that would take my insurance, so I had no other choice. Doctor left me alone waiting for the dilation drops to work for about 20 minutes while he attended to another patient. He gave me a prescription, but never checked to make sure it was the right, in which I had to go back and Rx ended up being too strong (and charged $25 for the follow up). Staff couldn't even give me a trial pair because "doctor hadn't prescribed it"...
