A Frustrated Patient
Not a visit! It was a notice from the Doctor's office. Three hours before my 11:00 A.M. visit with his P.A. this morning, I saw I had missed a phone call from Dr. Bridge's office. I returned the call and was shocked to be told, she no longer practiced there. I was told Dr. Bridge was not in the office today and I would have to reschedule. I asked why I was informed with such short notice, and the reply to me was since she was no longer there, her patient list was put on a lower priority. One would think protocol would dictate the reverse to be true. Disappointed and truly feeling like a low priority, I did not reschedule and never will with this doctor!

Who needs the hearing checkup?
Had a concern over my left ear being clogged and saw Dr Bridge to see about getting my ears cleaned. He found nothing which led me to discover through my PCP that it was BP related. That's all good, but several other interactions are the reason for my low score. During the visit I wore a N-95 mask as is standard in med offices here at the time even though this office apparently didn't require it as nobody else was. Towards the end of the appointment Dr Bridge asked me why if why I was wearing a mask was for him or for me. Thought that strange, but answered both. Finally, he suggested a hearing test at a location that would require a 60 mile round trip. I said no, just give me an script that I can use to find a closer location. I swear, 30 mins after I got home I got a call from that hearing center to setup an appointment. Seriously? He'd ignored me and called them anyway.

Not a good ENT
All around completely pointless going to this place and I would not recommend him. He did not exam me thoroughly minus a VERY painful nose scope, has no ability to perform CT scans in office, and misdiagnosed me twice in a year. Took an ER visit and a competent ENT elsewhere to correctly get the help I needed. And his doctor referrals are out of date/business, or have some of the worst reviews I have ever seen.

Dr. Bridge is world class in both his competence and his communication with patients. We have used other ENTs and Dr. Bridge is definitely a cut above.

I went to see Dr. Bridge because of an unexplained hearing loss in one ear. He was punctual and quick to diagnose the issue. He explained the problem and took care of it quickly and painlessly. I found him to be very personable.

After seeking treatment for my ear pain and not receiving any type of resolution from 2 Doctors, an Urgent Care, and a different ENT Specialist, I discovered your office. From my first visit, I knew that you had a combination of professionalism and caring that every patient seeks out in their healthcare and which I appreciate so very much! “Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! You went above and beyond and worked tirelessly towards my healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor. Because of you, I feel like a new person and for that I’m forever grateful!”

Office staff pleasant and efficient. Doctor was friendly and easy-going, made me feel comfortable, listened, asked questions, didn't rush me. Provided a solution which I think will work. It was easy to make an appointment. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I recently saw Dr. Bridge as a alternate to a doctor that recently retired. I wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely nice and the wait wasn't long at all - 5 min? Dr. Bridge listened to my issues, asked a lot of questions, did some checking and requested external testing to confirm what he thinks I have going on. I was very pleased with his demeanor, communication and action plan.

I saw this physician about a sinus cyst. He was pleasant but ineffective in solving my problem. Without my knowledge or approval, he brought a young trainee to the visit. I made an appointment to see a specialist only--not to spend the time with a trainee. I spent almost as much time with the trainee as I did with Bridge. At one point Bridge left the room telling the trainee to view my sinus while he stepped out. Notify patients prior to any office visit/get prior permission to involve a trainee

My neck surgery was unique. Dr. Bridge handled it perfectly. He and his staff are tremendous at post surgery care. From first meeting I was totally at ease and he explained the procedure completely. Staff was helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Just what a patient expects.

I haven't made it to my post op appointment yet. Something seems strange about my surgery. I was rushed out very fast. From knocked out to walking myself to the bathroom. Total of 35 minutes. Doc didn't fill me in on anything. Paper to follow. I'm bruised black and blue inside my mouth my lips my neck swelled up huge. I have some lose teeth. I asked 3 people different times to be sure I don't bite my tongue waking up. It's been clamped open or bit it hard. I'm not allowed to write the truth

I was sick with a sinus infection. Had a history of six other verified sinus infections in the past year which is why I was seeing him. He literally did not believe any of my reported symptoms. Said I could not have had an ear infection without hearing loss even though other doctors treated me for them. And refused to treat me saying my symptoms were no big deal. I seemed fine. He had done surgeries for me 18 years ago and was good. Not sure what changed him into this dismissive, arrogant dr.

If you are a worried parent of a delayed child PLEASE find a different doctor to go to. If I could turn back the hands of times and chosen a different doctor I would do it in a heartbeat! Now I have to find a new specialist, repay my copay, and have so many unanswered, worrisome questions until his next appointment in two weeks. I beg this doctor to please learn bedside manner with young children. Learn a little bit more about compassion and have a little bit more patience.
