Remarkable eye surgeon
it is wonderful feeling my long over due cataract issue finally clear by Dr Chang, There are no side effect of the surgery, not like on my other eye had suffered 7 yrs of dry eyes, & more.Thank You Dr Chang

Excellence Eye Doctor
cataract surgery were no pain , no discomfort during or after , able to see right after, How wonderful. Dr Chang truly a excellence , great eye doctor.
