Lovely office and large open spaced waiting room. The staff up front were lovely, very patient and professional. The doctor's assistant was very good at listening and making sure that everything was included that was needed. The doctor was very thorough and comprehensive.

The best!
Dr. Chen is the best! He listens intently, explains everything clearly and in detail, and has a very calm and kind demeanor. His front office staff are lovely and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen at his office. 10/10 recommend.

Really solid skin doctor and practice
There are really solid professionals at this clinic. Everyone I interacted with, from front desk to billing, really cares about me and my care. This is especially true of Dr. Chen and his nurse, Jessie. If you live in southern middle Tennessee, I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff!

Dr.Chen made me feel like he did not want to waste his time treating me. He rushed through the procedure and did a sloppy job. I’m sure I’ll have a big scar now. He also started out my appointment with the question “how much is your deductible?”..Like he was afraid I couldn’t afford him. ? I have good insurance and am able to pay what insurance doesn’t. He wasn’t like that on my previous visit years ago. I guess everyone has their off days but I will definitely not be back to this office. I hope he finds his good bedside manner wherever he left it.
