Dr. Robert Chow, MD

My whole family saw him for years and I would love to go back. He is so helpful with everything.

I could not be more pleased! ALL of the staff - from the first time I called onward have been exceptionally friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time. Dr. Chow is extremely talented, skilled, competent and has a superior 'bed side manner' (he is attentive, polite, informative). Dr. Chow found a cancer missed by another Dermatologist. He has massive experience and truly knows what he is looking at. Both the biopsy and the removal of the cancer were done with precision, high skill and literally no pain. He is a true expert! I could not be more pleased.

We received very poor medical care from Dr Chows office. They failed to provide biopsy result and when we inquire they are very difficult to reach, are rude, and will put you on hold and then disconnect the line or just hang up.

I had a bad experience with another doctor in the Burien area, so I was afraid to return to another dermatologist. I saw Dr. Chow, and everything changed. Even though I have skin cancer, he explained everything, was very kind and professional and we were able to go down a journey that was so much more less invasive & destructive than the other doctor. Sadly, we're not in Washington any more, but Dr. Chow has been the best dernatologist besides being an extremely kind man. His staff were wonderful as well.

Dr Chow has always been very thorough and demonstrated great care. I’m giving 4 stars because of the excessive wait time. But Dr. Chow is 5 stars in terms of care.

The staff are completely incompetent when dealing with referrals, will lie and say anything to get you off the phone. I was supposed to get a referral for a more qualified dermatology when Dr Chow's staff not only didn't provide any information about this, they also dodged me at their office. If there were a negative scale I'd be using it instead of a 1. Total, willful neglect of patients with issues he doesn't understand right away, I'd advise everyone to use ANYONE ELSE.

From the moment I walked in to the billing - it was a poor experience.. Front desk - the lady let me stand there and didn't look up. I had to wait in the room for 25 min - Dr Robert Chow was running behind so he spent 5 min with me - charged 304.00. Then my insurance paid and Dana the billing manager told me they didn't pay - however - the check was cashed.

I am totally impressed with Dr. Chow, and his staff, on my 1st visit. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family if they are in need of a dermatologist. He is highly professional, friendly, charming and thorough and made me feel very confident in his hands. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Dr. Chow and his staff were very compassionate, professional and quick! I came over the Cascades, to seek service in this establishment, and I was very well taken care of! I will be seeking skin check-ups and other medical procedures for melanomas, etc., as needed.
