Dr. Clemency was honest with me from day one. I had a bad infection on my right foot big toe, after an exam of my foot he explained what was going to happen. After testing it was determined that the toe would have to be removed. It is 3 weeks later and I will be returning to work. Great job Dr. Clemency.

The Doctors bedside manners was TERRIBLE !!!!
Had x-rays done the tech lacked personality. Sat in a room for over 30mins( And it wasn’t busy) before the doctor nurse came in, she informed me know one told her I was in the room( the nurse was very nice). The doctor entered the room… my x-rays are pulled up on the screen he comes n and speak… not one time did he look at my X-rays , he proceeded to say oh nothing’s wrong that I can see, but never looked at my x-rays REALLY!Please if you know what’s best find somewhere else to go. by the way I had to give this doctor a star because it would not let continue without giving him something.

Broken Metatarcals
Dr. Clemency is an exceptional physician who truly cared about my wellbeing. From the moment I walked into his office (which was a last minute phone call the day of injury) I felt welcome and valued as a patient. He thoroughly explained my options - surgery being one I did not want - but trusting in his expertise, I now know it was the right decision. The recovery was long but he and his staff exceeded my expectations by always taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed with the process. He even called me on his day off when I had a question. I honestly can't think of another medical facility I would give 3 or 4 stars to, let alone 5, but Dr. Clemency's office definitely earned this one. I am grateful to the entire staff and I highly recommend.

Successful treatment of lower leg wound
I incurred a large hematoma in my lower left leg that became infected and was instructed by my primary Doctor to visit the wound clinic at Munster Community Hospital. There I met Dr. Clemency and as soon as he saw my wound he had me in ER being prepped for surgery in order to immediately remove and clean out the infected area. After that I had to go to the wound clinic weekly where I had the dressings changed. After 2 months, the healing process progressed to where Dr. Clemency could skin graph skin from my other leg onto the wound. I still had to go into the wound clinic weekly for dressing changes for another 2 months until I was finally released. Total time of 4 months from surgery till release. I am so impressed with Dr. Clemency and his staff at Community. The healing of my wound speaks for itself but I was most impressed by the positive atmosphere and professionalism within his office. This helped ease my fear and give me strength during this time. Thanks again.

Accessory Navicular Surgery
Dr. Clemency and staff were very informative and caring during my visits and surgery for removal of accessory navicular. They listened to my concerns and in the end surgery was the only option to relieve pain associated with my condition. Surgery went very smoothly and was reassured during recovery that any concerns I had were addressed and made me feel more at ease. Although it was a long recovery, I am now back to most of the activities I was able to do before my issue started. I could not be happier to get back to a pain free walking! Thank you, Dr. Clemency and staff!!

Unbelievable Experience and Thank You!
Upon my first visit Dr. Clemency thought I may lose my foot due to infection and other problems with the wound. It is unbelievable how much time and patience Dr. Clemency had with my situation. Today I was released from the wound clinic and can't thank the Dr. Enough. It was very emotional for me to get released and ringing the bell in the wound clinic was something I will never forget. Thank you to Dr. Clemency and the entire staff! Dr. Clemency is awesome. Once you get to know him his personality shines and he really cares about his patients. It was a rough road for me but I never lost faith and neither did Dr. Clemency.

Not enough stars
Dr. Clemency has a very good bedside manner and is very thorough is explaining risks and benefits of surgery and is not quick to do surgery before trying less invasive options. As a healthcare provider myself, I appreciated his education and honesty as much has his excellent surgical skills. I know many of the surgical staff at community hospital who also recognize his prodigious skills in the OR. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and patients without reservation. No one likes to be immobile and be out of work, but i am back to work pain free thanks to his skills.

Was very happy with my care. I had breaks on my ankle on one foot & on my foot on the other. He did a surgical repair on my ankle. Excellent work. Meanwhile, he was able to get me through the problem of having breaks on both feet. The staff was also wonderful.
